Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that each project adheres to timelines and budgets. You'll be pivotal in facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules and track deliverables through completion.
  • Organise and lead project coordination meetings.
  • Assist in risk assessment and management activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies.
  • Gather and analyse project data to inform decision making.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a similar field
  • Certification in Project Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination
