Job Description

As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained, compliant, and operated efficiently. Your role will involve leading a team, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver performance and conduct feedback sessions.
• Ensure all fleet vehicles are equipped with necessary tools and technology.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Regularly communicate with suppliers and service providers for fleet management.
• Prepare budget estimates for fleet operations and submit for approval.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Transport Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years relevant experience in logistics or fleet management

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
• Transport Manager CPC

Languages

• English: Fluent
