Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure the timely delivery of goods. Your strong organisational skills will help streamline processes and improve our supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all logistics activities.
• Ensure the integrity of inventory and implement inventory control measures.
• Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain logistics metrics to track performance.
• Manage logistics budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Participate in training sessions for team development.
• Support continuous improvement projects within logistics.
• Conduct evaluations of transportation methods and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate logistics for special projects and events.
• Maintain safety standards in all logistics operations.

Requirements

Education

• Higher degree in Logistics or Business Management preferred
• Certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a logistics role, preferably with supervisory experience
