Job Description

We are looking for skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and tending to machinery that blends and mixes various materials to meet quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load materials into mixing equipment as per production orders.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal mixing performance.
• Conduct quality checks on blended products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace.
• Record keeping of production logs and blending results.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production needs.
• Assist in the development of new blending recipes and methods.
• Report any safety issues or equipment defects to supervisors.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or related environment.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with mixing equipment
• Mathematical skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Strong mathematical skills: Essential for accurate measurements and calculations in material blending.
