Clinical Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist who is passionate about improving patient health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pharmacotherapy, experience with patient consultations, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead medication therapy management initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health education.
• Develop and implement quality improvement projects within the pharmacy.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and provide feedback on prescribing patterns.
• Assist in the training and development of pharmacy interns and students.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
• Ph.D. in Pharmacy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
