Job Description

As a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, you will play a crucial role in setting up and operating grinding machines to produce precision-cut tools. The ideal candidate will be adept at interpreting blueprints and specifications, ensuring high-quality output within production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread tool grinding machines efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine proper setup.
• Conduct tool changes, adjustments, and calibrations as required.
• Monitor the machine performance to ensure quality outputs.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machining or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
