Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Architectural and Civil Drafter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans that adhere to design specifications and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Utilise CAD software to produce accurate technical drawings and plans.
• Regularly update project documentation to reflect any changes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive project execution.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure standards are maintained.
• Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Participate in meetings to discuss design challenges and solutions.
• Contribute to sustainable design practices throughout the drafting process.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and submissions.
• Maintain a record of all design documents for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting and design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Time Management

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
