Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Site Manager in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects run smoothly. You will be expected to maintain high standards of safety and quality while also keeping open lines of communication with clients and stakeholders. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with solid experience in construction management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction team in delivering quality projects according to specifications.
  • Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle from planning to execution.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
  • Assist in the hiring and training of construction staff and subcontractors.
  • Create and maintain schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and payments.
  • Maintain an organized site and ensure that all materials and equipment are properly secured.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • HND or equivalent in construction discipline is desirable
