Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, a strong understanding of construction processes, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Establish project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial performance.
  • Resolve conflicts that arise during construction, ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate updates to the team.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to regulatory bodies.
  • Implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
  • Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration.
  • Assist in the procurement process for materials and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with legal standards and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management
