Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in assembling and erecting precast concrete structures, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Mix and pour concrete, ensuring it is level and smooth.
• Install reinforcing materials such as steel bars and wire mesh.
• Use hand and power tools to cut and shape concrete.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Communicate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) certification preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete assembly or a related field

Technical Skills

• Concrete Work

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working at heights.: Ability to manage tasks safely while elevated.
