Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in Belfast. Your role will involve planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction timelines and site activities, ensuring adherence to plans.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with all stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate with team members.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Mentor junior project managers and on-site teams.
• Align project goals with the overall mission of the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
