Job Description

Join our Nottingham office as a Telecom Systems Architect and take the lead in designing and commissioning advanced telecommunications systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations, all whilst working in a hybrid model that supports work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and optimize advanced telecommunications networks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate telecom equipment and software solutions.
  • Engage in strategic planning for network growth and expansion.
  • Provide support for system installations and configuration.
  • Work with clients to understand their specifications and needs.
  • Implement best practice frameworks for telecom operations.
  • Lead projects from conception through to execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
  • Postgraduate certifications in telecom systems preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in designing telecommunications systems
