Job Description
Join us as a High School Football Coach, responsible for developing players' skills and sportsmanship. The successful applicant will cultivate a competitive yet supportive atmosphere, enabling young athletes to thrive academically and athletically.
Responsibilities
Instruct players on the technical as well as tactical aspects of football.
Organise and oversee all team activities, including drills and matches.
Monitor players’ academic performance and eligibility for competitions.
Engage with parents and guardians to communicate player progress and address concerns.
Foster a positive team culture that promotes inclusion and respect.
Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe training environment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Sports Education or related field
Experience
5+ years of coaching experience preferred.
