Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and facilitate adoption of our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring their continued success with our products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion through proactive outreach.
  • Create educational resources and documentation for clients.
  • Coordinate with sales to upsell and renew contracts.
  • Function as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success best practices.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to align customer success goals with company objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
