We are seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various sewing techniques and be proactive in maintaining sewing equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality production and timeliness in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality sewn products by operating various types of sewing machines.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
• Assist with selecting and cutting fabric as needed for projects.
• Maintain equipment and report any mechanical failures promptly.
• Ensure all materials are handled according to company guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs in English and Maths
• Experience in textile production or related fields

Experience

• 2+ years of sewing experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable

Languages

• English: Fluent
