Job Description

As a Hearing Aid Specialist, you will provide comprehensive audiological assessments and recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions. Your expertise will help individuals regain their hearing and improve their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Administer a range of hearing assessments to evaluate patient needs.
• Provide expert advice on suitable hearing aid options and demonstrate their use.
• Ensure proper fitting and programming of hearing aids.
• Offer ongoing support and follow-up appointments to assess patient satisfaction.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously for reference and quality control.
• Educate patients on the importance of regular hearing check-ups.
• Maintain knowledge about new products and technologies in the audiology field.
• Facilitate workshops for patients on hearing protection and care.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years in a relevant role with direct patient interaction.
