Job Description
As a Hearing Aid Specialist, you will provide comprehensive audiological assessments and recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions. Your expertise will help individuals regain their hearing and improve their daily lives.
Responsibilities
Administer a range of hearing assessments to evaluate patient needs.
Provide expert advice on suitable hearing aid options and demonstrate their use.
Ensure proper fitting and programming of hearing aids.
Offer ongoing support and follow-up appointments to assess patient satisfaction.
Document all patient interactions meticulously for reference and quality control.
Educate patients on the importance of regular hearing check-ups.
Maintain knowledge about new products and technologies in the audiology field.
Facilitate workshops for patients on hearing protection and care.
Work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Audiology or similar
Master's degree preferred
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a relevant role with direct patient interaction.
