Creeler

Job Description

As a Creeler, you will be responsible for setting up and operating creel machines within our textile manufacturing facility. This role demands a keen attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage complex machinery effectively. Successful candidates will contribute to maintaining our high standards of production quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate creel machines efficiently and safely.
• Load and manage yarn spindles to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Regularly monitor machinery performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues affecting machine function.
• Conduct standard machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Work closely with Weavers and other production staff to ensure yarn consistency.
• Participate in training sessions to improve machine operation skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required; on-the-job training available.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a similar role: Experience in a production environment or textile manufacturing is a plus.
