Job Description

As a Slug Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining slug press machines to produce high-quality slugs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all production targets are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development initiatives to meet market demands and improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Oversee product testing, ensuring quality meets customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Execute customer-focused analyses to drive product innovation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years in product management, preferably in supply chain or logistics
Technical Skills
