Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a key role in overseeing the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocol adherence. You will work closely with investigators and study coordinators to monitor trial progress and maintain quality assurance throughout the study duration.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to verify data integrity and adherence to study procedures.
  • Collaborate with investigators and site staff to resolve any issues regarding compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and documentation.
  • Review and validate study data to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Assist with patient recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Provide training and support to site staff on study protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or a related field preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years within a clinical research role or similar
