Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specker to join our team. The Specker will be responsible for overseeing the entire sewing process, ensuring quality control and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage sewing schedules and staff assignments.
• Assess and resolve issues that affect production quality.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Review production reports and address performance gaps.
• Engage in hands-on sewing tasks as needed to support the team.
• Organize team meetings to foster open communication.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Further technical training in textiles is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a textile manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• Sewing Machine Operation
• Textile Production Techniques

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sustainable textile production: Knowledge of sustainable practices in textile manufacturing.
