• Lead the design and implementation of innovative solar energy systems.
• Conduct feasibility analyses considering location, sunlight exposure, and energy consumption.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and compliance reports.
• Act as a liaison with clients to address queries and provide performance updates.
• Monitor system performance through data collection and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and timelines.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and installation technicians.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops to share knowledge and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Solar Photovoltaic Systems In-depth expertise in designing and implementing solar photovoltaic systems.
• AutoCAD Proficient in AutoCAD for creating engineering drawings.
• PVSYST Skilled in using PVSYST for performance simulations.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team Collaboration Experience working within diverse project teams.
• NABCEP Solar PV Installer Certification
• Professional Engineer (PE) license - preferred but not required.
• English (Fluent)

• Master's degree in a relevant field: Higher level of expertise in renewable energy or engineering.
• Experience with large-scale solar projects: Proven track record in managing utility-scale solar installations.
