As a Solar Installation Coordinator, you will oversee solar panel installations from planning to completion. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in renewable energy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solar projects from inception through to installation and maintenance.
• Assess client requirements and design custom solar solutions.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Facilitate training sessions for installation staff and update them on best practices.
• Create comprehensive project plans and documentation.
• Engage with local authorities to guarantee all permits and inspections are conducted.
• Monitor installation progress and resolve any arising issues promptly.
• Foster relationships with suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in solar technology or project management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically with solar installations
