• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field
• Solar Installation Expertise in solar panel installation techniques and safety standards.
• Project Management Skilled in managing projects from planning to execution.
• Technical Drawing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for installations.
• Regulatory Knowledge Familiarity with regulations related to solar installations.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage installation teams effectively.
