Job Description

As a Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in the design and delivery of training programmes focused on professional development. You will work collaboratively with teams to identify learning needs and implement effective training solutions. Ideal candidates will have a passion for education and experience in instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyse organisational learning needs using various methodologies.
• Develop multimedia training content to maximise engagement.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions efficiently.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Implement innovative teaching techniques to improve learner participation.
• Document training processes and outcomes for reporting purposes.
• Contribute to the development of the training strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• PGCE or other teaching qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in training, coaching, or a related role

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
