Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Volunteer Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. This role involves developing volunteer programmes, managing recruitment, and ensuring a positive experience for all volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract diverse volunteer candidates.
  • Create and implement volunteer programmes that meet community needs.
  • Facilitate communication between volunteers and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of volunteer engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in fundraising and outreach activities to promote community involvement.
  • Support volunteers during events, ensuring they have the resources they need.
  • Compile volunteer programme reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in volunteer management or community outreach
