Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Volunteer Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. This role involves developing volunteer programmes, managing recruitment, and ensuring a positive experience for all volunteers.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts to attract diverse volunteer candidates.
Create and implement volunteer programmes that meet community needs.
Facilitate communication between volunteers and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of volunteer engagement initiatives.
Assist in fundraising and outreach activities to promote community involvement.
Support volunteers during events, ensuring they have the resources they need.
Compile volunteer programme reports for management review.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field
Experience
2+ years of experience in volunteer management or community outreach
