We're on the hunt for a proactive Supply Chain Manager to spearhead our logistics and procurement strategy in Leeds. You'll be responsible for streamlining operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of supply chain principles and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply chain budgets and forecasts.
• Provide training and support to team members on supply chain processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare performance reports for management review.
• Assist in the development of sustainable supply chain practices.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within supply chain management

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages
