Job Description

Join our team as a Textile Cutting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and set up machinery for effectively stripping insulation from wires and cables, ensuring safety and precision in every task.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain machinery for efficient insulation stripping of wires.
  • Ensure the correct cutting settings depending on the wire type.
  • Identify and manage defects in wiring materials promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform routine machinery inspections and maintenance.
  • Document production metrics and quality checks.
  • Work cohesively with colleagues to meet production needs.
  • Understand and apply company guidelines for safety and operations.
  • Engage in regular training to improve technical skills.
  • Accommodate shifts as needed to ensure workflow consistency.

Requirements
