Responsibilities

• Lead the digital analytics team to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Utilise advanced analytics techniques to provide insights into customer behaviour.
• Work closely with other departments to integrate data-driven decision-making into their processes.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics or similar roles
