Job Description
Looking for a First-Line Supervisor to lead our maintenance department. Your role will involve troubleshooting equipment problems, maintaining records, and implementing efficient maintenance practices for optimal machinery performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the maintenance team, assigning tasks and scheduling shifts.
Ensure that all machinery is maintained and serviced effectively.
Perform regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Document all maintenance and repair work.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical or vocational training in engineering or maintenance is highly regarded
Experience
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within maintenance
