Job Description

Looking for a First-Line Supervisor to lead our maintenance department. Your role will involve troubleshooting equipment problems, maintaining records, and implementing efficient maintenance practices for optimal machinery performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team, assigning tasks and scheduling shifts.
• Ensure that all machinery is maintained and serviced effectively.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Document all maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in engineering or maintenance is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within maintenance

Technical Skills

• Preventive Maintenance
