Job Description

As a Fleet Manager at Fleet Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the company's fleet operations, managing vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise will ensure that our fleet runs smoothly and efficiently while also implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all fleet operations to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Assess vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop policies and procedures related to fleet operations.
  • Monitor environmental impact and promote sustainability initiatives.
  • Prepare reports for management on fleet performance and issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Logistics or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics
