Candle Making Supervisor

Job Description

As a Candle Making Supervisor, you will take charge of the production process and ensure quality control in our manufacturing facility. You will lead a talented team and oversee all aspects of candle making, from raw material management to finished product.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production workflow of candle manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures throughout the production process.
• Manage and monitor raw material inventories and procurement.
• Lead training and team-building activities for candle making staff.
• Optimize the production processes to minimize waste and increase productivity.
• Work with management to strategize on production planning and scheduling.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Assist in research and development for new candle products.
• Conduct performance reviews of production staff and provide feedback.
• Prepare and analyse production metrics and KPIs.

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.: Prior experience in a similar manufacturing role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fragrance blending and candle design.: Experience in fragrance formulation and product design.
• Experience with quality control processes.: Familiarity with industry standard quality control practices.
