Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Structural Engineer to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Salisbury. This role involves designing, analysing, and overseeing the construction of various structural projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid foundation in structural engineering principles and be proficient in using the latest design software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction process to ensure that structural elements are built as per design specifications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and apply engineering principles to mitigate potential problems.
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to budget.
  • Implement sustainable practices and innovative solutions in engineering design.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines.
  • Utilise project management tools to track progress and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
