Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project completion by coordinating resources and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Regularly provide project performance reports to upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Implement change management processes where necessary.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced Project Management certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management
