Job Description

We are seeking a Cabin Safety Trainer based in Huddersfield to deliver top-notch training in aviation safety protocols. The role involves designing and executing training programs that ensure compliance with aviation regulations and enhance safety awareness among crew members.

Responsibilities

• Implement the latest training techniques and methodologies.
• Monitor compliance with training standards and regulations.
• Conduct refresher courses for existing cabin staff.
• Provide training to new recruits in aviation safety practices.
• Ensure all training equipment and facilities are maintained.
• Support the development of a safety first culture within the organization.
• Act as a mentor to new trainers and staff.
• Prepare and manage training budgets and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Professional certifications in training delivery preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aviation or safety training.
