As a Mental Health Consultant, you will provide therapeutic assessments to patients, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with our clinical team to ensure comprehensive mental health support for our clients.
Responsibilities
Assess patients to determine their mental health needs and treatment options.
Design and implement therapy sessions tailored to individual patient requirements.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Utilize evidence-based approaches in treatment planning and delivery.
Keep current with mental health trends and regulatory requirements.
Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
Advantageous
Training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT): Possession of certifications or training in CBT is a plus.
Experience in group therapy settings: Experience leading group therapy sessions will be considered beneficial.
