Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team at Paving Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the asphalt plant machinery, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Run and oversee daily operations of the asphalt plant machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment.
  • Fine-tune plant machinery for maximum efficiency and production rates.
  • Regularly maintain and repair equipment to avoid production delays.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to manage raw material usage.
  • Document production metrics and report regularly to the Plant Manager.
  • Conduct quality control assessments on asphalt mix designs.
  • Ensure all safety and environmental standards are met during operations.
  • Participate in safety training and development programs.
  • Mentor junior staff in asphalt production best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Additional certifications related to asphalt plant operation
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in asphalt plant operations

Advantageous
