We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Compliance Officer to join our team in Swindon. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of compliance strategies and policies.
• Evaluate compliance programs and recommend improvements.
• Conduct compliance assessments and report findings.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements across the organization.
• Collaborate with legal teams on compliance matters.
• Manage and maintain compliance documentation and records.
• Identify and rectify compliance breaches promptly.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess compliance effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of changes in law and best practices in compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, or related field
• A professional compliance qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a compliance or regulatory role is essential
