Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal advice and support within our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in offering guidance on various legal matters, ensuring compliance, and managing disputes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal analysis and prepare opinions for senior management.
• Represent the firm in meetings and negotiations with external parties.
• Assist in the development of corporate policies and compliance programs.
• Monitor changes to legislation that may affect the company.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Support dispute resolution processes through mediation and arbitration.
• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• A Master’s degree in Corporate Law is advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law or compliance-related roles.
