Job Description

As a Corporate Legal Advisor, you'll leverage your legal expertise to guide our clients through corporate transactions and regulatory frameworks. This is a unique opportunity to impact how businesses operate within the legal framework in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal counsel on corporate matters and drive compliance initiatives.
• Prepare and revise corporate documentation including board minutes and resolutions.
• Engage with external legal consultants as necessary for specialised advice.
• Develop training materials to enhance legal literacy within the organisation.
• Monitor changes in legislation and provide updates to the executive team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Foster a culture of compliance and awareness across the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification
• Postgraduate studies in Corporate Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in corporate legal advisory roles
