Responsibilities

• Review and update company policies to ensure legal compliance and relevance.
• Represent the company in any legal proceedings or negotiations.
• Research legal trends and provide insights to support business strategy.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Master's in Law is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the corporate sector.
