We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Legal Counsel to join our London team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in providing legal advice across various sectors, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risk, and providing guidance to stakeholders on legal matters. Responsibilities

• Manage various legal matters including litigation and arbitration.
• Act as the liaison between the company and external legal advisors.
• Review partnership agreements and joint ventures.
• Advise on data protection and privacy regulations.
• Support the HR department with employment-related legal issues.
• Draft corporate policies and ensure they are legally compliant.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law or related field is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law
