• Provide training and support to junior designers.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to improving the design workflow and processes.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance personal and professional skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a relevant discipline
• Master's degree or advanced certification is a plus

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in web design, particularly in blockchain environments.
