UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the hunt for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that improve overall user experience across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Analyse user feedback and data to improve design effectiveness.
• Provide input on product roadmaps and feature prioritization based on user research.

• Participate in design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with prototyping tools: Familiarity with tools like InVision and Adobe XD for creating interactive prototypes.
