Responsibilities

• Document and validate business requirements to ensure clarity.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews to gather insights and needs.
• Review and improve existing documentation standards.
• Assist in project scope definition and resource allocation.
• Maintain effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Develop training materials and user manuals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Management
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, particularly in IT projects
