Job Description

As a Learning Consultant at Kingswood, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programmes that inspire and engage learners. Your expertise in experiential learning will be pivotal in delivering high-quality educational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with local schools and organisations to promote educational programmes.
• Evaluate learner feedback and adjust programmes to meet evolving educational needs.
• Conduct research on best practices in education and integrate into programme development.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to further enhance personal skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences or relevant field
• PhD or relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in educational consultancy or related roles
