Job Description

As a Food Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with food safety standards within our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in food science will be crucial for enhancing product quality and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits of production facilities and processes.
• Document and analyze quality control data to identify trends.
• Implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
• Work with external agencies for food safety certifications.
• Participate in product development meetings to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor trends in food safety and technology.
• Provide technical support to production staff.
• Assist in regulatory inspections and compliance reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• Food Safety Management certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality control within the food industry
