Job Description
We are looking for a Food Scientist to join our innovative team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will conduct research on food quality, develop new food products, and implement food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Design experiments to evaluate food quality and performance.
Coordinate with marketing teams to understand consumer preferences.
Develop and maintain laboratory protocols and quality control measures.
Present research findings to internal stakeholders.
Participate in industry conferences and workshops.
Mentor junior scientists and interns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field
PhD in Food Science or related field is a plus
