Job Description

We are seeking an Agricultural Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Clacton-on-Sea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural technology and analytics, focusing on developing innovative solutions to enhance farm performance and yield.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse crop yield data and develop predictive models for future harvests.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate agricultural solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions for farmers on technology use and benefits.
  • Assess environmental impacts of agricultural practices and recommend sustainable alternatives.
  • Implement systems for monitoring soil health and crop performance.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving data collection and processing methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in agricultural systems design
