Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery essential to our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery for crushing, grinding, and polishing materials, ensuring quality output.
• Help train new operators on machinery and production practices.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and assist in the replenishment of supplies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical training in manufacturing processes is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
