Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Operator who will oversee the operation and monitoring of machinery in our production line. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production goals.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Report any significant production issues to management immediately.
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets efficiently.
• Support fellow operators during high-demand periods.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification in manufacturing is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with production machinery
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role: Experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage.
