Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Land Development Consultant to join our Salisbury team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding land use planning, environmental impact assessments, and community engagement, ensuring that developments meet all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assess land development opportunities and prepare detailed reports.
  • Work with local councils and regulatory bodies to facilitate planning approvals.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and planning policies that may affect development projects.
  • Advocate for sustainable practices in land use and development.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to junior consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of project-related documents and communications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 3+ years in urban planning or development roles
